Client Information

DRUSA LLC d/b/a Foreclosure 911 ("FORECLOSURE 911") has established a policy is that it does not share private information about any of its prior, present or future clients other than that information necessary to complete the transaction for which it is engaged. In order to complete certain transactions, such as a foreclosure workout, FORECLOSURE 911 may ask you to provide it with certain personal information. FORECLOSURE 911 understands that you may be concerned about what it will do with such information - particularly any personal or financial information. FORECLOSURE 911 agrees that you have a right to know how it will utilize the personal information you provide to it. Therefore, FORECLOSURE 911 has adopted this Privacy Policy to govern the handling of your personal information.

Applicability

FORECLOSURE 911's Privacy Policy governs its use of the information, which you provide to FORECLOSURE 911. It does not govern the manner in which FORECLOSURE 911 may use information it has obtained from any other source, such as information obtained from public records or from another person or entity.

Types of Information

Depending upon which of its services you are utilizing, the types of nonpublic personal information that FORECLOSURE 911 may collect include: (1) Information FORECLOSURE 911 receives from you on applications, forms and in other communications to it, whether in writing, in person, by telephone or any other means; (2) Information about your transactions with FORECLOSURE 911, its lenders, clients or their affiliated companies, or others; (3) Information FORECLOSURE 911 receives from a consumer-reporting agency; and/or (4) Any other personal information obtained from you by FORECLOSURE 911 to complete the particular transaction.

Use of Information

FORECLOSURE 911 requests information from you for legitimate business purpose of effecting foreclosure workouts and not for the benefit of any nonaffiliated party other than a lender or title company that FORECLOSURE 911 must contact to complete the foreclosure workout. Therefore, FORECLOSURE 911 will not release your information to nonaffiliated parties except: (1) as necessary for FORECLOSURE 911 to provide the product or service you have requested of FORECLOSURE 911 (only as necessary and where applicable, information will be provided to real estate brokers, the lenders, closing attorneys and other parties in direct need of such information); or (2) as permitted by law. FORECLOSURE 911 may, however, store such information indefinitely, including the period after which any customer relationship has ceased. Such information may be used for any internal purpose, such as quality control efforts or customer analysis.

Confidentiality and Security

FORECLOSURE 911 will use its best efforts to ensure that no unauthorized parties have access to any of your information. FORECLOSURE 911 restricts access to nonpublic personal information about you to those individuals and entities that need to know that information to provide products or services to you. FORECLOSURE 911 will use its best efforts to train and oversee its employees and agents to ensure that your information will be handled responsibly and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. FORECLOSURE 911 currently maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.

Patriot Act

As FORECLOSURE 911 is not a financial institution, we are not required to do Patriot Act disclosure but do comply with the Patriot Act requirements in order to cover any and all possible obligations; consequently, all persons providing documentation are requested to provide current government photo identification.

Client must understand that the Lender(s) being contacted for this workout is/are attempting to collect a debt and that any information received by Lender through this workout attempt may be used for that purpose.
