Foreclosure 911 is a facilitator team made up of professionals, including attorneys and real estate brokers, with specialized knowledge in foreclosure, mediation work and direct connections to lender loss mitigation departments and other resources to assist you avoid foreclosure.

Why do I need a Facilitator?
A facilitator is a person or entity that skillfully helps a group to reach an agreement. All parties (attorneys, lenders, brokers, sellers, borrowers, etc.) provide the facilitator information but the facilitator expedites the process and negotiates the deal. The other key parties in this type of transaction do not have the skills, time or knowledge to take this leading role.
